Bizmile does the rest. It calculates distance, factors the rate and posts total mileage – instantly – to the main YTD (year to date). Reports are subtotaled by month for each car setup. You can have up to 4 cars in each individual user account.Yes, you will have access to your account 24 hours a day, except during scheduled maintenance of which you will be notified ahead of time, by email, of maintenance periods.
On the Windows OS, we support Explorer, Firefox, Chrome. On Mac OS X, we support Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
Select the "Print" button on the YTD Summary screen. A PDF report will display in your browser. Print this report and save it for archival purposes. Save it with your annual tax information for reference and extra peace of mind that you have properly documented deductions.
BMT will save your addresses and trip information from year to year, provided you are a current customer, so you only have to enter the addresses once. Per our Privacy Statement, no information is ever shared with third parties. Never.

When you batch import, BizMile goes out to "geocode" an address to get its latitude and longitude. If it is not able to look up the address it displays a red flag to indicate that it is not available for trip making
In the address book, click on the address to edit it. You will get a dialog box. You can enter a business name in the Google search box to find a business without even knowing its address.
If that does not work, check to see if the address is correct and there is no typo in it. (Hey- it happens...)
If you HAVE checked the address, and it is still not "geocoding", use intersections to work around the problem e.g. "Vine St and 8th St. , Los Angeles, CA" BizMile will return a Red Map Pin with a question mark. Click on it to indicate that you accept the address.
Go to your Preferences on the top right hand of your screen. Select the new year to display. Save this view and go back to the YTD Summary screen (click the top left blue button "YTD Summary") The new year will be indicated at the top of this screen.
All your addresses from previous years are available for reuse in the new years too.Go to the the "Odometer calc." with its blue button at the top of the screen.
Name and create a new car there.
NOTE: A new column will appear on the YTD Summary for assigning a car to a trip. The default car assignment will automatically be the last car you entered. Each car will tally separately when you print the reports too.
